BPP-TECH undertook a detailed assessment, including site visits and condition survey, to provide an opinion of the catastrophic failure of GRP material handling components. The investigation set out to discover whether the failure was related to design or workmanship/defective product or both. In support of this, BPP-TECH also assessed a proposed remedial scheme to complete an in-situ repair of the failed components.
